I have been where you are had postnatal depression, which was terrible and eventually got courage to go again. I was so anxious and affraid that it would come back. Made sure that I had lots of support organised, a big thing for me was lack of sleep. I was also so negative had to try to take one day at a time and get out for a walk most days. My GP suggested that I might go back on an antidepressant after the baby was born as a precaution. I waited to see how I felt and didnt take the tablets, got my Husband to do more of the night feeds so I could get some sleep. It didnt come back what a relief for both of us. Good luck.
