I felt so like you and was affraid to tell anyone, things got so bad went to GP and was reassured that this happens a lot of women and it would go away once the baby was born. She encouraged me to get out of the house, take a walk every day talk to somone I trust and ring the PND helpline and look at the website www.pnd.ie I did ring the helpline and it was such a relief to realise that I was not on my own. I did get throught the last few weeks with lots of support and it did go away. I think the fear for me was the worst, so dont wait any longer do something today.

I feel exactly the same as you. Have two children already. 9 yr old and 2 yr old. Love to bits. Was not expecting this pregnancy so was a huge shock.. Its going to be a huge strain on us. But its creeping up way too fast and already feeling sick about the thoughts of what the outcome will be. Don't want to breastfed have no desire to. I can't as I tried with last baby and was in pain all the time and enjoyed none of it. Her weight was slow to gain. So was in and out of midwives clinic. The relief just flooded over me when I started her on formula. Hate the thoughts of everything... Can't talk to anyone as out loud all of this sounds so so selfish.
