Yes, as far as I know the North Kerry Support Group will have their next meeting on Jan 4th in the Listowel Family Centre, you should give them a try.
Hi Elanine there is a support group in Kerry it is based in Listowel and they run Support Groups their no 086 7872107. You can also ring PND Irl 021 4922083 they run support groups, coffee mornings, and have a help line, they also have a book called recovering from Postnatal Depression which can be ordered on the website www.pnd.ie

There is a group that meets in Listowel Family Center 086 7872107 I found it really helped me to share with women who had walked in my shoes and made good friends as well.
