I know it seems bad but you cant give up, I am sure you are a fantastic Mum we just put ourselves under a lot of pressure. It is hard work being a Mum and nobody tells you how hard it can be, especially the first few months. How old is your baby? are you on medication? I found the mornings the worst an things got better as the day went on. Have you support, someone you can talk to? its so important to share with someone that understands. I found the Support Group a great help being able to share with other Mums that have been there or are going through what I am going through. Next meeting next Tues 26th at 8pm in Maternity Hospital 5th floor. Very important to get out for a walk everyday, it really helps. Keep a short diary of your moods during the day, usually there can be a lift in the evening. Is there a Mother and toddler group in your area its great way to meet other Mums. Try to take one day at a time, things will get better but you need to try to be positive. Helpful suggestions on website.
