    Thank you so much for being there when I was at my lowest, I never really understood Postnatal Depression but it is the most horrible illness, I felt so isolated and affraid that I would never get better. The amount of times I thought it was gone and back it came again and again. My friends or family didnt understand me, couldnt see why I couldnt pull myself together and get on with it. You were my life line, you understood what I was going through and were so encouraging and at last I have come out the other side. I am still on medication but that dosent bother me anymore I know, some day I will be strong enough to come off them. Thank you, thank you. keep up the good and so important work.
